Domestic Standard Shipping - Large Product

Domestic shipping:

• Australia Post Express 1-4 days depending on your location
• Orders received before 9am will ship the same day or the following Monday if your order is placed on a weekend
• Orders received after 9am will ship the next day or the following Monday if your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday

Our Returns Policy in short:

• Contact us prior to returning any item
• Returns are permitted within 14 days of delivery
• The product must be in as shipped condition
• All sales are final on pre-sale and sale items. No returns or exchanges are accepted on any discounted merchandise
• For international returns please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid customs delays and charges at the Australian border
• Item not the right size or fit? No problem. Just contact us and we can organise a return or exchange. We offer free shipping if you need to exchange for another size (once only per order).
• If we do not have you required size available can opt for a refund or credit note to use at a later date.
• If your package is unclaimed and returned, you may be charged an additional handling fee
